Shipping policy

  • Size Alteration  is allowed  by sending the product back to our warehouse based in PK via local courier within 5 days of delivery.
    ➤ Return courier charges are not covered by Maryam Ahmed Official.
  •  Any courier charges are to be paid by the customer.
  • If you receive a wrong or defective item. You may return the item yourself once our representative approves your claim, and we will issue store credit to cover the courier charges.
    ➤ Claim must be made within 3 days of delivery.
    ➤ Replacement process may take up to 2 weeks, depending on stock availability.
  • No courier reimbursement is provided unless requested by our representative.
